Description
President Kennedy's Air Force One, Russian Mig's, experimental NASA planes, missiles, and all era's of US war planes can be seen in the Pima Air and Space Museum. There are over 250 aircraft on 80 acres.
Take a tram ride, ride the Morphis Simulator, climb aboard President Kennedy's Air Force One and gaze at the spectacular, supersonic, SR-71 Blackbird "Spy Plane".
Visit the Challenger Learning Center of the Southwest and the B-17 390th Memorial Museum.
Also available with reservation Mon-Fri are tours of the Davis-Monthan AFB AMARC (Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center). This is the desert storage of large quantities of mothballed military aircraft.
