Description

From the Lower East Mountain Trailhead, Tollroad Trail 200 goes east, then heads northeast about .2 miles to its junction with East Mountain Trail 214. Continue left on Tollroad Trail 200, heading north. The trail turns to the right and crosses the creek, then winds along the east side of a steep canyon, through thick stands of pine. After another 1.5 miles, the trail crosses an old fence line. Two miles into the hike, the trail intersects with the Una Del Oso Trail 201. The Tollroad Trail continues north paralleling the drainage while the Una Del Oso trail climbs northeast up to Forest Road (FR) 112. After 3.5 miles, Check Dam Trail 190 intersects on the left. At 4.0 miles, there is a fence with a gate (please close gate after passing through). At its northern end, the trail meets FR 138 (Sixshooter Road).
